Alps Luxury Suite

Type Hospitality Location Courmayeur Year 2025 Status Concept

The luxury suite designed by BBA Studio in the Aosta Valley combines contemporary elegance with local tradition, offering an exclusive and refined experience amidst the mountains.

Inspired by Casa Garelli by Carlo Mollino, a 1664 granary transformed into a vacation home, the suite captures the harmony between vernacular architecture and modernity. Distinctive elements such as the "bolero" (a mushroom-shaped detail for protection), the ribbon window, and Blokbau flooring are reinterpreted with a contemporary twist.

Spread over three levels, the suite features a living area with a Thun stove, a dining zone, and bedrooms with panoramic views. Each space is characterized by crafted wood and modern details, such as inlaid floors and coffered ceilings. The Master Bedroom connects seamlessly with the outdoors, featuring a carved wall and a fireplace that adds intimacy. The bathroom, with a Luserna stone bathtub and handcrafted engravings, offers breathtaking views and unparalleled comfort.
